To fulfil those objectives, there needs to be the formation of a civil society which is healthy and which can fulfill the basic needs of the unprivileged and underdeveloped.
From the perspective of the humanitarian reforms of the UNO, it represents a positive attempt which can address several gaps related to assisting and improving the humanitarian response of the society. The World Health Organization, in this regard, has made various reforms and efforts in fulfilling these humanitarian objectives of the United Nations. However, there are some objectives which have not been achieved by W.H.O and have barely been accepted, even within the system of the UN. Even for this reason, such program has been a standard issue for UNO, specifically for quick solutions. The W.H.O, along with UN, has worked for several programs which focus on uplifting the civil society and focus on eradicating the social evils.
The humanitarian and assistance program led by W.H.O is highly accepted in this regard because it helps in the fulfilment of objectives and certain criteria which has been designed for saving lives, eliminating human suffering and maintaining and protecting of human dignity after natural disasters which could help in preparation and strengthening oneself in preparation for tough situations and also for providing aid and foreign assistance to the unprivileged member of the society.
